Caron Clark Alford was my stylist about 2 months ago. She gave me an amazing haircut and showed great respect and care for humanity. I love her and I'll definitely go back soon. She is my second stylist at this salon, the first was just as good. Just after the pandemic relaxed mask mandates a year ago, my hair was long and out of control. I went in and told the girls to cut it all off. I went from shoulder length hair to a modified flat top. It was a great haircut as well!!!

OMG, my son came here tonight and the lady made a mess of his hair. He showed her a picture and she cut his hair military style, WTH???? He always comes to this location, never an issue. He is so embarrased to go out and will wear a cap until it grows back. She should not be cutting hair. It was gawd awful.

At one point in the past, I would have given them good review. However, after two recent attempts, I am no longer a client and writing this horrible, yet appropriate review. I made an appointment via the app as usual and when I got my text my stylist (Jenn) was available within 10 minutes, I drove to the appointment. Arriving 5 minutes early, well withing the text message window, I found someone else being seated and my name now had a 30 minute wait. Since children were around, I chose not to confront the stylist and left. The next experience is surreal. Three days later, I made an online appointment with Travis using the app. Again, showed up 5 minutes before my time, checked in at the counter and Travis was sweeping the floor. I looked up at the board, I was now a 37 minute wait and Travis disappeared into the back room. I asked the two stylist working what is going on? After a long 22 minute ordeal of continuously asking "Where is Travis?", I kept being told "I don't know? Maybe the bathroom." I asked a dozen times, "Will someone check? Will you go find out?" Finally, one of the two went back, cracked the door to the break room and Travis stuck his head out. I left and on my drive home received another text that my stylist will be ready in 10 minutes. Unbelievable! I will never step foot back in that store again and you would be wise to the same.

Let me start by saying I would give a 0 if I could. I have been going here over a year and I have always had a very good experience with stylists and service overall. Suddenly, I was told the rules have changed. No longer does it make a difference if you check in online or not. You check in, get a text your appointment is in 10 minutes, only to show up and find they have taken two people that walked in and waited before me. All of a sudden your wait is an 30 minutes to an hour. So I ask the manager and she confirmed that they take the people waiting even if you show up on time for your appointment made through the app. They are also not suppose to call your time "an appointment" any more and I guess for good reason. What good does an app do if you make an appointment and every Tom, Dick and Harry that shows up before your time and you then get thrown to the back of the bus. This is absolutely the worst way to run a business. I would suggest, unless you want to waste your time, gas and energy, you find a place that respects your time and an appointment is really an appointment.

Sue was a valued asset to your business. As I look over your stylist's from time to time..all that I see is turn over. I won't be back to your location. You lost a very valueable employee..that you will not be able to replace....

I have had my cut at this store for a least 8 years. The current owner came a few months back an interrputed my hair cut for 10 to 15min to discuss business with the stylist that was cutting my hair. The dushbag did not even apologize. This happened on two separate occasions. Now my favorite stylist no longer works there, because they said she retired. I call BS on that story. Now to find another store and another stylist.

Checked in online with 28 minute wait for selected stylist. Arrived at the store 15 minutes later now my wait time showed 40 minutes. When asked the stylist she replied the previous client made a mistake when checking in online. That’s why I was moved down.

I was here for my son Hair cut. We asked for first available and by the way I am Asian. There was stylist named Leslie,she saw us coming and my sons named was on board that says on deck means that he will be called right now. But unfortunately my Asian apearencens made all this happen She didn’t get us,she waited and as soon as some one of her on racial type came she just came running and got him although he was also walk in. I didn’t get it why? And nobody to question her about this We waited with our name saying on deck 15 min and two walk ins who came within this 15 minutes were given priority. Still asking my self sitting here why Why with my 13year old son. God bless America!!!
