At one point in the past, I would have given them good review. However, after two recent attempts, I am no longer a client and writing this horrible, yet appropriate review. I made an appointment via the app as usual and when I got my text my stylist (Jenn) was available within 10 minutes, I drove to the appointment. Arriving 5 minutes early, well withing the text message window, I found someone else being seated and my name now had a 30 minute wait. Since children were around, I chose not to confront the stylist and left. The next experience is surreal. Three days later, I made an online appointment with Travis using the app. Again, showed up 5 minutes before my time, checked in at the counter and Travis was sweeping the floor. I looked up at the board, I was now a 37 minute wait and Travis disappeared into the back room. I asked the two stylist working what is going on? After a long 22 minute ordeal of continuously asking "Where is Travis?", I kept being told "I don't know? Maybe the bathroom." I asked a dozen times, "Will someone check? Will you go find out?" Finally, one of the two went back, cracked the door to the break room and Travis stuck his head out. I left and on my drive home received another text that my stylist will be ready in 10 minutes. Unbelievable! I will never step foot back in that store again and you would be wise to the same.

Let me start by saying I would give a 0 if I could. I have been going here over a year and I have always had a very good experience with stylists and service overall. Suddenly, I was told the rules have changed. No longer does it make a difference if you check in online or not. You check in, get a text your appointment is in 10 minutes, only to show up and find they have taken two people that walked in and waited before me. All of a sudden your wait is an 30 minutes to an hour. So I ask the manager and she confirmed that they take the people waiting even if you show up on time for your appointment made through the app. They are also not suppose to call your time "an appointment" any more and I guess for good reason. What good does an app do if you make an appointment and every Tom, Dick and Harry that shows up before your time and you then get thrown to the back of the bus. This is absolutely the worst way to run a business. I would suggest, unless you want to waste your time, gas and energy, you find a place that respects your time and an appointment is really an appointment.

I have been a customer for years..with Sue..the Manager of your location. Two weeks ago..I went in to get my hair cut and was told that she retired. I don't believe that story. Sue was a valued asset to your business. As I look over your stylist's from time to time..all that I see is turn over. I won't be back to your location. You lost a very valueable employee..that you will not be able to replace....
